意味
染色ムラを防ぐための助剤で、パステル調の染色によく使用される。染料の分散剤あるいは緩染剤として働くものが含まれる。前者は染料分子と相互作用して染着速度を低下させる。後者は使用する染料と同種のイオン性と類似の構造を持ち、多くは染色に先だって革に結合することにより効果を発揮する。
An auxiliary class to prevent an uneven dyeing result and favoritely used for pastel color dyeing of leather. The category includes a type to disperse dyestuff and another type to retard the sorption of dyestuff by the leather. The former slows down the rate of dyeing due to the interaction with dyestuff. The latter exhibits the same ionic reaction as the dyestuff and has a similar chemical structure to dyestuff molecule and usually presents the effect by combining to the leather prior to the dyeing reaction.

染色むらを防ぐため、染料の染着速度を遅くしたり、革の染色性を低下させたり革の表面状態を均質に整える薬剤。緩染剤ともいう。染色の溶液中に、染料と混合して加えるタイプと染料を添加する直前に加えるタイプのものがある。使用する染料と同種のイオン性のもの、すなわち、芳香族系スルホン酸塩がよく用いられ、特にパステル調の染色には不可欠である。
