意味
革断面の中心部まで染料を浸透させる染色方法。染料の浸透は染浴への染料添加量が多いほど、親和力の低い染料ほど深くなる。また革の繊維密度が低いほど、中和や再鞣の条件が強いほど、また染色温度は低い方が浸透が深くなる。しかしこれらの要因は均染性、染色堅ろう度や色調にも影響する。
A dyeing method to force dyestuff to penetrate deeply in the center of cross section. The penetrability of dyestuff increases with increasing amount of dyestuff added to the float and is greater for low-affinity dyestuff class. It increases also with decreasing the density of fiber weave and dyeing temperature and with strengthening the condition of neutralization and retanning. However these factors influence also the color tone and color fastness of the finished leather.
