意味
クロム鞣し革の特徴は、青色で、柔軟性、弾力性、抗張力、耐熱性、染色性に優れ、軽く、可塑性がいくぶん劣る。用途は、靴甲革、裏革、ハンドバッグ、かばん、衣料、手袋、グローブなどほとんどあらゆる革製品に用いられる。現在、市場に出回っている革の大部分がクロム鞣しを主体とした革である。

クロム鞣剤で鞣された革。淡青色で、保存性、耐熱性、柔軟性が優れ、軽く、弾性が強く、正電荷をもつもので酸性および直接染料での染色性が良い。甲革、袋物用革、衣料用革など最も広いタイプを含む。最近は、革製品の需要の多様化と環境問題から、他の省クロム革又は他の鞣剤とのコンビネーション鞣し革が多くなる傾向にある。
A leather class tanned with chrome tanning agent. It is featured with a pale blue color, a good stability to storage and heat, superior softness, lightness and elasticty as well as a superior affinity to acid or direct dye due to its enhanced positive charge. This includes a wide variety of leather classes of upper leather, bag leather and garment leather, etc. The recent tendency in tanning industries is the shift to a saved-chrome or reduced-chrome tanning system through a combination tannage due to a market need to diversify the leather variety and the pollution problem.
